From I-5 heading north:

Take exit 182 to Creswell. At the stop sign, turn right onto Cloverdale Road. Take the first left onto Emerald Parkway and then turn right onto Melton Road.  Once on Melton Road, turn left into the parking lot.

NSO is in the same office complex as PeaceHealth, Emerald Valley Rx, and Tractor Supply.
