Tracy N. Kreiling, Psy.D.


Dr. Kreiling is the Executive Director of Neuropsychological Services of Oregon, LLC, and is a licensed psychologist in the State of Oregon (license number 2524). She specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of adults with a variety of general medical, neurological, and psychiatric conditions. She has treated adults with traumatic brain injury, mild cognitive impairment, dementia, stroke, multiple sclerosis, movement disorders, and epilepsy. Her education and training includes:


  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Oregon.
  • Master's degree and doctoral degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology from Pacific University.
  • Pre-doctoral internship in clinical psychology with specialization in neuropsychology at Eastern Virginia Medical School.
  • Post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology and brain imaging research at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical School.


Her research interests have included the real-world application of neuropsychological test results and traumatic brain injury. She has given presentations on cognitive and behavioral changes in aging and dementia. She worked as a staff neuropsychologist for Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pennsylvania, before returning to Oregon to establish NSO. Dr. Kreiling is a board member of the Central Oregon Association of Psychologists.


Andrea Jackson, Ph.D.


Dr. Jackson is a licensed psychologist in the State of Oregon (license number 3120). She specializes in the evaluation and diagnosis of adults with a variety of general medical, neurological, and psychiatric conditions. She has worked with adults with traumatic brain injury, mild cognitive impairment, dementia, stroke, movement disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, multiple sclerosis, cancer-related cognitive impairment, and epilepsy. Her education and training includes:


  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
  • Master's degree and doctoral degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology from the University of Windsor.
  • Pre-doctoral internship in clinical psychology with specialization in neuropsychology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
  • Post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.


She worked as a staff neuropsychologist for Samaritan Health Services before joining NSO. As a clinician, she enjoys learning about her patients' values and goals, helping them understand how their health condition is impacting their cognitive functioning, and developing strategies to help them manage their cognitive problems. In her free time she enjoys hiking, climbing, and reading.

Brittany Redfern


Brittany is a psychometrist at NSO. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Vanguard University and was granted the university's Claudia Degelman Excellence in Psychology Award. She enjoys working with people and is skilled at helping patients feel at ease throughout the evaluation process. In her free time she enjoys hiking with her dog, baking artisan bread, and reading.

Lisa Doolittle


Lisa is an administrative assistant at NSO. She earned an Associate's degree in healthcare administration in 2004 from Pioneer Pacific University. She enjoys working with people and helping them with their questions. She loves to spend time with her family and travel to new places.

Neuropsychological Services of Oregon, LLC (NSO) provides neuropsychological and psychological services to adults. The goal of the clinical staff at NSO is to complete a comprehensive evaluation that may assist with diagnostic clarification and treatment planning.
