COMMON REASONS FOR REFERRAL


There are numerous reasons that an individual may be referred to NSO for an evaluation. Below is a list of common reasons for referral; however, this list is not all-inclusive.

Neuropsychological Services of Oregon, LLC (NSO) provides neuropsychological and psychological services to adults. The goal of the clinical staff at NSO is to complete a comprehensive evaluation that may assist with diagnostic clarification and treatment planning.
